Mission Statement
Youth Connect Global (YCG), a program of NLW Youth Development Program Foundation, Inc., is committed to empowering youth ages 14–21 through mentorship, advocacy, life-skills development, and community support. Our mission is to guide young people toward positive futures by fostering accountability, building meaningful relationships, and connecting them to resources that promote personal growth, education, career readiness, and long-term success.

Training
